Designing a brand style guide using InDesign

Phase 1: Guideline Inspiration
Every brand in the world has its own set of design rules. You just want ideas for your own style guidelines. It is not possible to produce a well-designed style guideline paper at the eleventh hour. - Check that both sides of the page are unchecked.
- Make the page A4 in size.
- It's now time to change the margins. In the last set, the bleed to 6 and press the "OK" button.
- Separate your pages into sections. The front and back covers of the document will be the first and last pages.
- After that, import and choose the color swatches you want to utilize. Allow for their opening. On the other hand, the swatch panel may be used to add color swatches manually. - Go to the second page of your manuscript.
- Make sure the background layer is locked before moving to the content layer.
- Now, go to view and open display rulers, then drag the ruler onto your guide. Make three guidelines to split your page into three equal sections.
- Then, under the first section, select Edit and then Copy to paste the copied heading from page 1. After copying it, go to Edit> paste to paste it on page 2.
- Make any necessary changes to the font color at the conclusion.
- Using the Type tool (T), create two new text frames, one for the content and the other for the index, and put them anywhere you like.

Phase 4: Adding Content

- Choose your content page and make any necessary changes. Here I am taking two pages, 4 and 5.
- Go to Edit and Paste and Place in A-Master. To place x, drag the third guide out. The instructions will appear on almost every page after A-Master is installed.
- Select the content page and copy it.
- Go back to page 1 and make any necessary content changes.
- Make a rectangular shape for this page using the background layer.
- On the right-hand side, draw a rectangle. You may now color it whatever you like after sketching it.
- To compose your content, use the content layer. Then, return to your page content layer while the background layer is locked.
- Fill in the style guide with the remainder of your page's content.
- Add a new text frame to the left and adjust the font size of the content.
- Create a text frame on the left side of the page and fill it with information. Using the toolbox and control panel, you may also modify your material's font size and color.
- Adjust the positioning of any photos that are pertinent to your message as needed.
- You can also create your images with the frame tool.
- Make sure the style guide is user-friendly to leave a lasting impression.

- Reposition the logo on page 4 and modify the font color.
